　　form. After we receive your reservation form, we send you
　　a confirmation mail in a few days. If you don't receive our
　　confirmation mail, please contact us again.
　　Your reservation is settled by our confirmation mail.
■　Please note that room availability may not show the latest
　　status, and all rooms may be full already when you book.
■　Reservation are accepted 4 months before the day of stay.
■　Our guesthouse is closed between 10:00 to 16:00 everyday.
　　Please let us know the arrival time by the reservation form.
■　As for cancellations, from 10days to the 1day before arrival,
　　the cancellation charge is 50% of the accommodation fee,
　　on the day of arrival, it's 100% of the accommodation fee.
